I’ve been taking lessons with Joel on italki and I highly recommend him. He explains things clearly, is patient, and always adapts the lesson to your level and goals. The classes are well-structured but still relaxed, which makes it easy to speak and improve without pressure.

I appreciate his engaging way of communicating and having real conversations about what is going on now as a way to practice. I would appreciate his typing into the chat words that I did not remember/ know so that I can go back and reference them later or use the typed words to help connect them to what he is saying.
