Joan is super friendly, approachable, and he’s clearly good at what he does. He understands languages and the process of 2nd/3rd language acquisition 😊 i was able to communicate what I liked in the past and he adapted the lesson to what suits me. Super excited to work with him more!!

Joan is highly qualified and very professional. He tailors the class according to your needs. He's got a lot of energy but also manages to make you feel comfortable enough to speak. Of particular note, he designs a lot of materials that are well suited to helping you learn your language of choice. Gràcies Joan! Fins aviat!

For anyone struggling with the subjunctive, I'd highly recommend Joan as a teacher. Possibly the best explanations of its uses that I'd ever heard before, and I've heard and struggled to understand a lot of them!

I really can't say enough good things about Joan's teaching. When I'm feeling frustrated with myself, he's steadfast, encouraging, and kind. He's really good at what he does! I can tell I'm learning much more from him at a quicker pace than I have from other Spanish teachers.
