I’m Miss K from NKLingo, a passionate and friendly language teacher with over 10 years of experience in Germany, the U.S., and Canada. I studied German linguistics and graphic design, and later earned my teaching degree in the U.S., where I taught French and Spanish in K–8 schools. I love helping learners build confidence and actually enjoy learning a new language! ✨

They often say, "Do what you love, or love what you do." For me, teaching foreign languages is a true passion—one I would gladly pursue even without compensation. Fluent in both Korean and German, I’ve developed practical, effective methods to easily learn new languages, and I’m excited to share these strategies with my students.
I believe that learning a foreign language goes beyond just words—it’s about connecting with the culture and its people. That’s why my lessons explore a wide array of topics, from history and art to music, travel, and cuisine. I firmly believe that learning a language should be enjoyable and interactive. That’s why I tailor each lesson to suit the unique needs of every student. My teaching approach combines reading, speaking, listening, and writing exercises, ensuring a well-rounded language learning experience. She’s knowledgeable about the world and the language. She’s able to explain the language overall very well and is able to correct mistakes effectively. She’s understanding and very effective at finding out to improve your abilities in a language, or in other words; she’s very good at teaching on the spot. With being understanding also makes her kind and eager to learn just as much as you are! I’d highly recommend :)
