I really enjoyed talking with Renato. It was my first lesson with him but he made me feel comfortable and confident to speak (almost) entirely in Portuguese. He spoke clearly and quickly understood my level. I know that my Portuguese will improve quickly during these conversations.

Renato is an outstanding teacher. Despite my beginner level and decidedly limited abilities, he makes each lesson work through attentiveness and awareness of what someone at my level can handle. I used Renato's services about 2 1/2 years ago, having class 5 days/week for 1 year. These lessons were sufficient to prepare me for passing the A1 and A2 course. There are good tutors and great ones. Renato is a great one. After 1 lesson I booked two conversation packages with him and will book more. He knows how to keep the conversation going, uses the right speed of delivery, and is attentive to speaking clearly yet naturally.
