Born in South Africa and now rooted in Ireland, I’m a lifelong learner who thrives on connection—both in teaching English and exploring cultures. My journey through diverse industries, from entry-level roles to management, has honed my ability to communicate clearly and adapt to any student’s needs.
What excites me most? **Conversation practice**—helping you find confidence and fluency while sharing stories over virtual "cups of tea." Traveling (and cooking with my daughter!) reminds me how language bridges worlds. Let’s make your English journey as vibrant as the places we’ll talk about.教学经验
I am a qualified TEFL and TESOL teacher. I have been teaching online for four years. I have also passed home education with distinction. I have completed two modules in Early Childhood Education and am a mother to two beautiful children. I feel that my qualifications, coupled with my life experience and the fact that English is my native tongue, will equip me to be a really good teacher. I teach students of all ages, from as young a three to students who are already retired. I tailor my lessons to suit my students' individual needs. I don't specialize in a particular area of English. I believe that learning should be fun, regardless of your age. I believe that you are never too old or too young to learn. I believe that the more senses you engage when learning something, the more you retain. My approach to teaching English would be to teach you to fish, not to give you a fish for dinner, by teaching you to fish, I am teaching you how to have meals for the rest of your life. I believe that I cannot correct you, if I cannot connect with you. My aim is to teach you English which is a valuable skill whilst having as much fun as possible.我的教学资料

About the question to give a plan for the next lesson. I think that I don't need a plan for the next lesson. I have my own plans, my own english evening classes, plenty of plans. It was a great first lesson.
