Luciana

Almost two years learning with Luciana, and I hope to see her for a few years more, she makes learning easy and accessible!

Luciana continues to be incredible. Great mix of Italian culture, practical language practice, and grammatical structure. I initially started these lessons to prepare for simple phrases to use on vacation, but Luciana and her teaching style relit a passion for continued lifelong language learning.

TOP quality teacher!!! Luciana prepares fantastic, graphically attractive material for each class. She is patient and encouraging while maintaining super-efficient structure of the lesson. I am extremely impressed by how much information she packs into 60-minutes. Each session I learn about cardinal rules of grammar, pronunciation as well as the most intriguing cultural notes about Italy. Having extensively travelled around the globe she is very welcoming and earnestly curious about student's linguistic background/ ethnic traditions while herself being an awesome ambassador of Italian heritage!!!

Luciana is well-prepared with materials and a plan. Her lessons include a balanced mix of speaking, listening, reading and grammar. Every moment of the lesson is utilized. She is serious about teaching, but she's easy to talk and relate to.
