I'm Luciana, a native Italian speaker and language enthusiast with a degree in Linguistic Mediation from ISIT University in Trento, where I specialised in Italian, Spanish, and English. Having reached fluency in Spanish within three years, I have a genuine understanding of what it takes to learn a language efficiently, and I love sharing that experience with my students. I hold a CEDILS teaching certificate and bring over four years of experience working with learners of all levels, individually and in groups, from all over the world. — 🎯 My Teaching Approach Every lesson is tailored to your level, goals, and learning pace. I place a strong emphasis on practical communication, dedicating around 15–20 minutes per session to guided speaking. Alongside that, we work through grammar, vocabulary, and exercises, always grounded in real, usable language. To keep sessions engaging, I incorporate activities such as linguistic games, crosswords, dictations, and listening exercises, depending on your needs and preferences. — 🌍 Beyond the Language I have a deep curiosity for cultures and genuinely enjoy exchanging perspectives about Italy and my students' home countries. Learning a language is also learning a way of seeing the world, and I find that part just as rewarding as the grammar. I am patient, motivated, and committed to helping you make real, measurable progress. I look forward to meeting you!

Absolutely LOVE lessons with Luciana! She is the most creative teacher, extremely commited to student's progress. Understands the importance of fun in the learning process, yet very disciplined when it comes to pointing out diligently and patiently the cardinal errors. She truly cares about your dream to learn beautiful Italian language. During the class I virtually am in Italy wih her, talking about the current events, weather, "moods for foods" etc... Grammar, pronunciation and syntax rules just sink in as we spend time together. Grazie mille Luciana!!!

I’ve had now more than 10 lessons with Luciana, and she has been patient and understanding of my needs and strengths. Because she also speaks other languages and is currently learning more she has the capacity to understand the process of teaching and learning very well.
