Hi, I'm Stella. I am a native Chinese speaker currently based in China. I have taught Mandarin for more than 10 years.
I am a people person, and I enjoy meeting and chatting with people from different cultures. Teaching gives me an opportunity to do this, so I chose to be a teacher.
Besides teaching, I'm really into animals and environmental protection. I used to work with pandas in the panda base for half a year, so I may proudly call myself a panda expert. And I adopted a cheetah in Namibia.教学经验

I studied TCSOL (Teaching Chinese as Second Language) in University, which makes me a professional Chinese teacher to all age groups and a perfect choice for a first-time learner. During my working in Mauritius and Namibia, I have acquired a great amount of practical teaching experience.

I believe the best way of learning a language is to use it. So, I am an immersion education advocate. In my lesson, I will try to speak as much Chinese as I can depending on your level and needs. My immersion teaching style is great for students who wish to improve their language for a short period or for kids, who believe to be the best recipient of this method.

Each lesson so far was enjoyable and educational! She explains the “how” and the “why” and this helps me understand and not just memorize. She also share culture insight which is also interesting and fun.
