Here to help you improve your French or pass exams! My name is Debora, I am a certified English and French teacher from Switzerland. My job is my passion! I loooooove teaching and helping others improve their French. I love learning languages myself, I also speak English, German, a bit of Swiss German, Turkish and I am learning Persian. I graduated with the CELTA certificate to teach English and the DAEFLE certificate to teach French. I give face to face and online lessons to students of any background and level. I also work with the Red Cross and help refugees learning French. I love learning new languages myself, which I believe helps me a lot to know the good and "not so good" techniques to learn a language. Knowing a bit of my student's native language also helps me teach them better! I always try to adapt to my students' personal and natural way of learning. Maybe they are visual, or maybe they need to hear, say and repeat, or maybe they love games, or stories ! We all have a different way of learning and once we find it, the process is much more efficient and fun! I believe it is important to understand the way a language works but active learning is even more important. I try to let my students talk and participate as much as possible. It's about them being able to speak French, not me! I am enthusiastic, kind and encouraging. My objective is to make my students feel comfortable and reach their goals!
