Best teacher ever！Very encouraging and helpful for IELTS preparation！

He didn’t seem to have any contents prepared for the lesson, because he asked me if there were any English sentences from the book I recently read that I didn’t understand. So I said I didn’t understand the sentence: “Kim said the annulment committee of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes informed the government at around 3:22 p.m. that it had nullified the entire award.” He then told me to ask about the word I didn’t understand, so I said I didn’t understand “nullified.” But he told me that nullified means deadline, which is completely wrong. When I checked the dictionary, nullified means to make something invalid, which has nothing to do with a deadline. So I asked him to tell me the spelling of the word I said, to confirm whether he heard me properly. (I had already sent the word “nullified” in the message, but he said he couldn’t see it.) He said he needed to “check something” and would be right back, and then he suddenly left the room.
