Hello everyone! My name is Roberta, I come from a little town in the centre of Italy, but I have spent the past few years living abroad, in particular I have lived in China, Greece and Cape Verde, where I am also now. I love travelling and meeting people from around the globe and that's how I've started teaching Italian to foreigners, at the beginning it was just a hobby, but then I chose to specialize in it! I am now available to teach to people from anywhere :) I hope to see you soon! 大家好! 我的名字叫Roberta。我来自意大利中部的个小城市， 但是现在我住在一个非洲的小国家，佛得角。我曾经也是在中国生活的，住在了北京和杭州。我就是在北京开始教意大利语了。 I have started teaching Italian when I was in China and I had to learn to teach to students whose mother tongue was completely different from mine, both in the grammar structure and the pronunciation. Despite these difficulties I found out I really enjoyed teaching Italian and my students surprised me with their progression! During my lessons I try to keep my students as more engaged as possible to give you the possibility to actively use the Italian language. However, we can focus on whatever you feel you need to improve, whether is grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, etc. I am very patient and I always tailor my lessons according to your needs.

I have been having lessons with Roberta for a few months and cannot recommend her enough! I am at beginner level and she has helped me with grammar, vocabulary, speaking and the many rules of the Italian language. Her lessons are interactive and engaging, this is also due to her calm, friendly and supportive teaching style. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to learn Italian and all levels.

Roberta is an incredible teacher. She is always well-prepared with various engaging exercises. She is also open and flexible to change and to adopt to the kind of exercises you would like to do. For example, if you prefer a reading or listening focused lesson to practice for a particular topic, she will find the relevant and fun material for you! Even though I teach at a university myself, I find learning a language to be intimidating sometimes (with so many mistakes to make and to learn from). While meticulously correcting these mistakes and explaining them, she always makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend Roberta to be your Italian teacher. She is a gem.

Roberta is a great teacher. She is prepared with a study plan, but is happy to put it aside or adjust it if I have a topic I want to discuss. She has a great sense of humor and answers my grammatical questions clearly. I really look forward to our lessons.
