Hi! My name is Lucy, and I am so excited to share with you American Sign Language! It's such a beautiful language!
I was in an interpreting program for ASL, but then changed to majoring in Education because I realized how much I love teaching! I also enjoy yoga, crochet, reading and games!
I am a huge people person and absolutely love teaching! It is my favorite thing in the world to share something that has truly changed my life for the better!教学经验
I teach children, and I love it! As well as teaching adult beginners and children, I also occasionally offer tutoring and conversation practice for more advanced students.
I have been teaching through various online platforms for nearly 4 years now. (As of April 2020.)
I have also taught yoga at a day care, giving me experience with all age groups. I love working with children! I structure my classes like games to encourage enjoyment of learning! No child wants to learn if they are bored, so I am enthusiastic and creative with my lessons. I work with each student on an individual basis to help them learn efficiently while respecting each student's preferred learning speed.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I send you videos of new vocab we have learned so you can practice through out the week and not forget anything! We first focus on vocab, but begin full sentences from the first lesson. I also get into story telling and conversation as soon as possible!我的教学资料
