Hello, my name is Daniel Costa de Oliveira and I was born in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.
From early on, one of my biggest passions has been to travel the world and connect with people.
I worked full-time as a Personal Trainer for four years, sold ice cream in parks during the summer and did catering jobs.
But the moments I feel happiest are when I am travelling, sleeping in hostels and connecting with people from different backgrounds with different stories

As a student you can expect someone really chill with the desire to help you reach your language goals. Since the beginning i am used to connect with people so you can be very relaxed and with no need to be shy. Everyone does mistakes when trying to speak other language , that is normal, you probably notice some of them when reading this ahah 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
In our sessions you can expect a very informal learning. Basically we will be practicing your communication skills, talking about many different themes of your interest or proposed by me. If you are starting the language you don't need to worry. Using English as a bridge i will give you all the basic stuff that you need to start talking and get better.

I wanted conversational practice, and Daniel is a very easy person to talk too. He asked questions that initiated our conversation, and then it flowed smoothly. I really appreciated his positive, caring, and energetic personality. I felt encouraged in my journey to becoming fluent in Portuguese. I asked for corrections, which he gave during the conversation in a gentle way, not jarring. He is thoughtful and kind, and a good teacher. I will certainly book another lesson.
