Today we went through some national holidays in our countries and ended up talking about culture and traditions. This let me practice dates and gave me an opportunity to conjugate verbs to different tenses. Miriam is such a joy to have classes with and Kiswahili is an amazing language to learn. Asante!

Today was great! Miriam taught me about object concord, and we worked on translating sentences with different tenses. And we laugh a lot, which made the lesson so enjoyable, because it felt like hanging out with a friend, who is quit knowledgeable.

Another great lesson with Miriam. We practiced daily routines and time, which was very fun. The tip Miriam gave me for telling time is paying off and she is such a good teacher to push me to keep practicing. She is fun and joyful and I highly recommend her as teacher! Asante.
