Jaime

I love the way that Jaime teaches! Not only does he come prepared with specific lesson plans based on what you need to work on but he also makes the process of learning so enjoyable. I feel like when I'm taking his classes I'm less concerned about the end goal and I'm more focused on enjoying the process. There's so much to enjoy when you're learning a new language and I really feel that in these classes. Muchas gracias Jaime. Estoy muy feliz estar en tus clases y tenerte como mi tutor. :) Nos vemos mañana!

Jaime is an exceptional teacher. After my first class, I booked 10 lessons! The classes are always very engaging. If you are an advanced or intermediate student and want to dive deep into intellectual conversations, I highly recommend classes with Jaime. He asks very thoughtful questions that encourage me to express my ideas about different topics and provides useful comments and suggestions in a kind and supportive manner. I just booked another 10 classes!

I am so lucky that my first experience with iTalki was with Jaime. He listened to my goals and priorities (almost all speaking, with some quick well-place coaching), and proceeded exactly as I was hoping. He quickly assessed my level of comprehension and spoke with the proper speed and vocabulary to suit my capabilities. I didn’t know what to talk about, so he presented a few conversation starter options and off we went, with him asking follow-up questions to keep things going in a conversational manner. The 90 minute conversation took plenty of tangents, and I gradually felt more loose and comfortable. His demeanor was a perfect fit for me. I look forward to future sessions with Jaime, I don’t intend on finding a different tutor unless scheduling becomes an issue (it wasn’t at all).

Realmente fue un golpe de suerte encontrar a un profesor como Jaime que enseña con tanta pasión y entusiasmo. Posee un profundo conocimiento del lenguaje y la escritura. Sus clases son de tan alto calibre que me siento como si estuviera aprendiendo de un erudito universitario que también es súper amable y alentador. If you love language, words, and literature I promise that you'll adore his classes. He's also super cool to talk with if chatting is your thing!
