Basically I missed the class for 2 reasons. First, I over slept and arrived with about 20 minutes to god. Second, I could see her, but not hear her while she could see and hear me so we really couldn't communicate. I will need to work on getting my microphone set up ahead of time.

This was my trial lesson with Mariset so we got to know each other a bit by exchanging autobiographic info, discussed our love of languages in general, her teaching style and education / qualifications for teaching, etc. I discussed my goals for not just Spanish but learning languages in general. I thought the session went very well. Mariset is patient, easy going, curious, with lots of experience teaching and learning languages.
