💥 Hi, I'm Daniel, your English teacher from New Jersey, USA.
💥 I love to travel, hike, read, and learn new languages. Currently, I'm studying Spanish and Thai.
💥 I play several musical instruments, including guitar, piano, and bass.
💥 I hold a TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, along with specialized certification in Teaching English Test Prep Skills. Previously, I've worked as a music teacher.

As an English teacher, my approach is focused on empowering my students to develop their language skills and achieve fluency. I prioritize my students' language goals and tailor my teaching approach accordingly. I believe that making mistakes is a crucial part of the learning process, and I'm happy to provide repetition as needed. However, I also understand that overcorrecting students can be counterproductive, and thus I encourage students to practice using correct structures in their own examples, helping them to achieve fluency more efficiently. My teaching approach is centered around the student's needs and goals. I prioritize student participation and aim to minimize my own talking time, believing that students learn best by actively using the language. To assess new students, I focus on the four main language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. I provide corrections in the chat and present new grammar structures using the PPP model (presentation, practice, production). I understand that every student has unique needs, and I strive to accommodate those needs and learning styles during our lessons.我的教学资料

I have taken Mr. Daniel’s classes for two months and really like what I learned from him. Daniel is a great teacher. He is very passionate, creative and patient. The stories he used in the classes are vivid and fascinating. I practiced my oral English as well as learned a lot about the American history and folklores. I feel like I made much progress and hope I can continue to learn from Mr. Daniel.
