It was a great chat. Yenny did a good job prompting me when I was stuck, and corrected me when needed. Her accent is also very clear which is good for students at all levels in my opinion. Looking forward to continuing learning Spanish with her help.

I started taking classes with Yenny to prepare for a month-long trip around South America. I had no prior conversation practice and only relied on a self-study online course. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with Yenny and her teaching style. She was easily able to adapt to my level and knew how to go from there. She starts every class with our life updates then proceeds to some grammar lessons. What I like most is that she corrects my mistakes through the chat, so I can have a list of what to correct. After half a year of classes, I can say that my goals were achieved because I was able to travel in Spanish-speaking countries with ease. I had no troubles in the airports, restaurants, souvenir shops, and even car rentals. Also, I was confident conversing with locals and was able to actually immerse myself in the culture. Overall, I am very pleased with the progression of my Spanish speaking skills, but also, very happy that I have made a lifelong friend in Yenny.

Today we did an exercise on prepositions, and we also played a game to practice speaking more and learn new words. It was fun!

We talk about various topics every class, allowing me to learn new vocabulary and try talking about new topics. I stutter a lot but Yenny is always kind and patient! I look forward to the next class.
