I have been working with Honglin for two years. She’s simply the best — professional, kind, encouraging, and good at explaining the grammar. In our HSK 6 classes, we thoroughly investigate the various nuances of the target vocabulary and sentence patterns. In our speaking class, we never run out of things to talk about. I look forward to every class with Honglin and feel so grateful to have found a teacher so good at her job and fun to spend time with!

I have been studying with Honglin for about 9 months now and today we finished the HSK1.
9 months ago I knew like…5 words. Now I can make (simple) sentences and I can understand simple questions (all around the HSK1 Level) and I can even write short texts in Chinese.
Honglin has been motivating and very patient with me over that time :) I am very excited to see, where my Chinese-journey will lead me!

Honglin is truly an excellent teacher!! Our lessons focus on conversation practice, and she is so skilled at knowing exactly what I'm trying to convey and how to translate it into Mandarin. I'm also learning about Chinese culture, geography, and everyday life in China.
She brings wonderful positivity to the class and is really a joy to speak with, which actually makes it fun to learn Chinese!
