I’m Regina, a TESOL/TEFL-certified teacher passionate about making English and Filipino (Tagalog) accessible to all ages. With 13+ years of online teaching, I specialize in guiding kids (5+) and adults—from playful beginners to professionals polishing fluency. My bilingual background adds cultural depth to lessons, whether you’re learning for travel, work, or connecting with Filipino heritage. Let’s turn language hurdles into confident conversations!
I’ve been teaching online for 13 years, after working in a private school for 5 years. I’m TESOL/TEFL certified (120-hour course, World TESOL Academy). I teach English and Filipino (Tagalog) to students of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve worked with young learners as young as 5 and have extensive experience teaching professionals, test takers, and those preparing for interviews or language goals. I hold a degree in Education from Central Luzon State University and took graduate-level courses at the University of the Philippines–Open University.
My lessons are customized to fit your needs—whether you want to focus on grammar, writing, pronunciation, or conversational skills. I teach students as young as 6 years old and provide structured materials to make learning effective and enjoyable.

I've been a teacher for about 45 years. Regina is easily one of the most effective teachers that I've ever worked with.
It started with me and my children taking Filipino classes with her. Later, I asked her to take my English speaking test. During the entire test, she missed only one word. So I invited her to work part-time in my small company, English With Dave, and she became not only a great teacher, but she also a great friend to the students that I introduced her to in Brazil.
