Hi! I'm Sabur, an Iranian polyglot, linguist, and creator of the Dynamic Language Immersion (DLI) method — a modern, immersive way to help you speak Farsi with confidence and authenticity.
I’ve spent years mastering and teaching multiple languages and I know exactly what it feels like to learn a new language from scratch. That’s why I’m passionate about making the journey enjoyable, practical, and deeply human.
In my classes, we don’t just memorize dry grammar rules. We experience the language through real conversations, culture-rich content, TV series, and emotional connection.

I’m not your typical Farsi teacher. I’ve developed my own teaching method (DLI), blending real-life dialogues, storytelling, NLP, and techniques from Natural Approach, TPR, and TPRS.
What does that mean for you? It means no boring textbooks, but lots of living language. You’ll be exposed to how Persians actually speak — slang, expressions, cultural nuances — everything you need to sound natural, not robotic.

Online Persian Teaching Training Course - Saadi Foundation - 2022The course and the certification was provided by Saadi Foundation which is the Iranian government's officials representor and organizer of all Persian courses across the world through Iran's embassies and consulates.
The course was designed based on a book called "How to teach Persian language?", published by the same foundation.

I was delighted to find Sabour on italki: he's a great teacher with a great method. Not only he uses videos with real conversations in Persian, but also teaches you how spoken Persian is actually used, which is very difficult to find on the internet or even here with other teachers. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my first lesson learning Persian with Sabour. He is kind, patient, positive and wants to help you be successful. As an English teacher myself, I like his method of teaching. No tedious grammar exercises.
