I am a certified ESL teacher living in Sydney, Australia. I hold a master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting Studies and have experience working both as a professional translator/interpreter and an English teacher. I love working with languages, meeting new people and learning about their culture. Learning English can be challenging, but with the right approach it can also be a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I have many years of experience learning and teaching languages so I understand all the difficulties you will encounter learning English, and I am well equipped to help you overcome them. As a teacher, I am very patient, understanding, and innovative. I will encourage you to engage in conversation and apply everything you learn throughout the lessons. As a teacher, I understand that everyone learns differently so I always look to modify the lessons and material based on individual learning needs. I am always looking to innovate, and find learning material that is fun, creative, and engaging. In our lessons you will find me to be very calm, patient, and enthusiastic. I believe that creating a relaxed learning environment facilitates learning and encourages people to continue on their language learning journey.
