I have pedagogical education in the field of teaching languages. I have been working as a teacher for 8 years so far. Mostly, I work with teenagers and adults of different levels (beginners, A1-C2). I worked at school, at university, at a language school; as a tutor; at the lycée in Europe I am a patient teacher who encourages to talk and who gives the opportunity to think without any pressure. For me it is important to see the progress students make and their aspiration for learning.

I have a degree in finance, so my mind is relatively structured. I try to give clear explanations. In addition, I am learning three languages myself; Spanish, Finnish and Turkish, so I have a clear understanding of the difficulties you will encounter during your studies. With me you should not be afraid of speaking too slowly or forgetting words many times - I feel just as dumb when I am trying to speak in Spanish or Finnish. )))))

Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level, pace, and goals — whether that’s speaking with more confidence, improving accuracy, or preparing for specific situations. I create a calm, structured environment where students feel comfortable trying, making mistakes, and speaking freely. I use visual and interactive tools to reinforce understanding and make abstract concepts more accessible. My teaching is goal-oriented: every session is built to deliver real progress through consistent speaking practice and direct, targeted feedback.

I consider myself an open and patient teacher with a good sense of humor. I am very demanding of myself as a teacher. I always carefully select the material for the upcoming lesson and take seriously the development of homework for the student, as well as feedback. I believe that it is useful for a teacher to see and feel what is happening in a lesson situation through the eyes of a student. At least, strive for this.
