have four years of teaching experience. At Esukhia, I taught Tibetan as a second language for one and a half years, using a variety of modern teaching methods. These include the Flipped Classroom, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Total Physical Response (TPR), the Four Strands approach, Task-Based Learning, and the 70/30 rule for teachers and students. For me, the most important role of a teacher is to guide and support students in becoming active, independent learners.

My preferred teaching subjects are colloquial Tibetan (U-tsang & Regional Dialect), advanced grammar, and Tibetan history. Additionally, I am well versed in all the esukhia learning material which are available free from the Esukhia website.
