I saw a grammar rule in an English book that said: 'When we use the present perfect to talk about experiences and we want to say: 'at no time in (my) life' we use the word 'never'; 'at any time in (your) life' we use the word 'ever'.' What does this mean? Does it mean that it is incorrect to say'I have ever eaten snake.' ?
However, I saw a description in the second picture of the exercise book accompanying the textbook, which indicates that the present perfect tense can actually be used with 'ever' for any subject, right? I've gotten really confused.

Hi guys !
How're you doing toay? Please, I have a question about English.
I'm B1 intermediate, and my listening is between A2 and B1 the problem is I can't improve my listening:-
- videos on youtube don't give me a specific method to do.
- I tried write what you hear method I found it so stressful, and takes much time, and even in this period I don't have energy for anything.
- Are there resources to study English reductions?
