 لكن مُولاَيْ السلطان كِيدِيرْ حْتَّى يَمْيَّزْ بِينْ الصَّالَحْ وْالطَّالَحْ، حار الْمَلِكْ فْأَمْرُو وْشَاوَرْ لَلاَّ شَامَة..
قالت لَلاَّ شَامَة : هَذَا عرسي أَمُولاَيْ السَُّلْطَانْ، خليني نختار شرطي.
فْوَاحَدْ الدُّوََّارْ بْعِيدْ عَالْمْدِينَة وْصَلْ الْخْبَرْ، وْالنَّاسْ بْحَالْ إِلَى مَاسَمْعُوشْ، حِيثْ لاَفَارِسْ فِيهُمْ وْلاَوْزِيرْ، الْكُلّْ معدوم وْفَقِيرْ، اللي حرتو النهار يحصدو الليل، لَكِنْ وَاحَدْ الشَّابْ مِنْ شبان الدُّوَّارْ كَانُوا اسمه أَمِيرْ، حيث كَانْ أمِيرْ باخلاقو وشهامتو، سْمَعْ الْخْبَرْ وْبَاتْ لِيلُو سَهْرَانْ ؛ عْلاَشْ مَنْكُونْشْ أَنَا هُوَ؟
فِالصْبَّاحْ التَّالِي، قَرَّرْ يَقْصَدْ الْمْدِينَة خَاطْبْ رَاغْبْ، وْعْيَاوْ صْحَابُو مَايَمَنْعُوهْ، حِيثْ بَانْ لِيهُمْ كَيْقَلَبْ عْلَى قْطِيعْ الراس،
 لاَ ابُ عْنْدُه وْلاَ سَاسْ، يْتِيمْ مَايْكْسَابْ غِيرْ ذْرَاعُو وْحب الناس
شَقْ أمِير طْرِيقُو وَسْط الغَابَة مَا حَابْسَاهْ شَمْسْ وْلاَ ضْبَابَة، وْفِي الطّْرِيقْ تْلاَقَا بِفَارْسْ مِنْ فُرْسَان الْقْصَرْ، جالْسْ لوحْدُو ويْدِيهْ عَلى خدُّو.. قَربْ مْنُّو أمِيرْ وْسَوّْلُو :
  حْكِيلِي أَسِيدْ الْفُرْسَانْ حكَايْتَكْ. شفتك مهموم 
جاوبُو الفَارَسْ وبَاقِي حاطّْ يْدِيهْ على خَدُّو :
 الْبَارْحْ أَمُولاَيْ مْشِيتْ لْقْصَرْ خَاطَبْ كِجْمِيعْ الْفُرْسَانْ، لَكِنْ لَلاَّ شَامَة مَابْقَاتْ طَالْبَة لاَ فَارِسْ وْلاَ وَاحَدْ مِنَ الْعِيَان.
حَارْ أمـِيرْ فْكْلاَمْ الْفَارِسْ وْقَالْ :
 يَاكْ هَذَا شَرْطْ الْخَاطْبْ، وَاشْ صَدَقْتْ وْلاَ أَنَا كَاذْب؟
جَاوْبُو الْفَارِس
 كُنْتِي صَادْقْ، أمَّا دَابَا، لَلاَّ شَامَة طَلْبَتْ نَجْمَة مْنْ السّْمَا.. وْاللِّي قَالْ قْدَرْتْ وْمَا قْدَرْشْ جَازَاتُو بْقْطِيعْ رَاسو

Fear #2 Being afraid of making mistakes

The fear of making mistakes persecutes many people, regardless of their achievements, age and social status. Where does the fear of making a mistake come from, and how to overcome it?

Many people are hesitant to do something serious, not so much because they are afraid of failure, but because of fear of public condemnation or censure.

Often, such anti-motivation is a consequence of a hidden inferiority complex: a person is so dependent on public opinion that he loses the ability to make decisions on his own.

In the podcast I will share some ideas about the fear and what do top managers look for in their employees (since C-level managers are my regular students).

Si viajas a Yucatán, es muy probable que escuches expresiones que no tienen sentido en el traductor, esto se debe a la mezcla de la cultura Maya, creando modismos únicos que hacen de la península yucateca un lugar tan pintoresco.
Vamos a practicar las siguientes palabras y frases: “nené” significa bebé, pero también se usa solo “Ne” como una manera amigable para hablar a alguien, “pásame ese negociante” se usa cuando queremos que nos traigan un objeto del que no recordamos el nombre, por ejemplo, en lugar de decir pásame el vaso, decimos pásame el negociante, “a platicar al parque” es una expresión que indica que no es momento ni el lugar para conversar, “lo busco, lo busco y no lo busco” es una expresión que implica que no encontraste lo que buscabas, “Xo” es una expresión que quiere decir que hagas silencio, “acechando” se usa para indicar que alguien te está observando a escondidas, “Fo” indica desagrado, como cuándo algo huele mal,  “Maa”  y “Mare” son expresiones de sorpresa o emoción, “chichí” significa abuela y por último tenemos la palabra “quita” que se usa para referirse a que alguien dejó un lugar o como orden de que te muevas de lugar.
