担当者1:   おはようございます。本日午前9時から健康診断が行われます。皆さんは健康診断に必要な書類を前もって必要事項に記入の上、会議室に向かってください。会議室の前に担当の方が複数待機しております。まず最初に採尿をしなければいけないので、会議室隣のトイレで採尿後、担当の方にお渡しください。その後、会議室でそれぞれの検査が行われるので担当の方の指示に従ってください。なお、社長室では重要なお客様が来られて重要な打ち合わせが行われるので、社長室の前を通る際はくれぐれも静粛にお願いいたします。また、1階のトイレは改装業者が入る予定なので、できるだけ使わずに2階か3階のトイレをお使いください。

課長　みなさま、おはようございます。11月25日月曜日、朝の朝会を始めたいと思います。今週の予定や業務連絡ですが、嬉しいことに我が社に自動販売機を設置することになりました。今まで、各自飲み物を持参するか、給湯室でお茶などを作っていましたが、これからは社内で買うことができます。社員証のICセンサーにより購入できますので、ぜひご利用ください。社員割引が適用され給料から差し引くというかたちになります。金曜日ごろの予定ですので、もうしばらくお待ちください。
あと、コピー機の具合も良くないと聞いているので業者に連絡済みです。分かり次第連絡いたします。
それと、明日の朝から植木屋さんが構内の樹木を剪定しますので、通行の際はお気をつけてください。

あっ、忘れていました、

今日の午後2時ごろに冷房機器のメンテナンスのため業者が来て、点検するので、一、二時間使用できません。みなさまにはご迷惑をお掛けしますがよろしくお願いします。以上になります。本日も安全に事故がないよう、よろしくお願いします。
