 (Verbます形）ます←(けします) + すぎる／すぎて／すぎた

 この文法はJLPT N4の表現(ひょうげん)です。

I drank too much beer yesterday and my head hurts. 　

(ex) きのう、たべすぎた。 
 食べすぎて、お腹(なか)がいたい。 
最近(さいきん)かいものをしすぎて、
お金(かね)がない
