Intentional living is a way of living your life. It forces you to get to know yourself and identify what it is that is important to you. You decide how you want to live and what you want to cut out of your life. It forces you to prioritise what you want and live each day in alignment with these priorities. In today’s world we are stressed, overstressed, and anxious all the time and it’s no surprise that intentional living is becoming increasingly popular. But what does it mean to live intentionally?

In this episode I talk about the importance of thinking about key situations and activities from your adult life and how most people simply don't consider them to be important or relevant to their job search.

In many aspects of life (school, university, charity work, work experience and sports clubs) we have found ourselves in situations where we have used key skills which are useful in the workplace.

I talk about categorizing these experiences into People, Project and Profit. And I suggest lots of questions to ask yourself to get you thinking about these situations and how important they are.

The other day, I had dinner with a foreign friend, he called the waiter to clean up the table, and he said ‘这些不要了（we don’t need these）’.It’s OK, and we also have the corresponding Chinese saying like English.

I often say ’不好意思，麻烦收拾一下（bù hǎo yì si, má fan shōu shi yí xia）-Excuse me, could you please clean up here?’

Ce matin, Poulette, la poule blanche, est partie en ville. Elle voulait s'acheter des bottes.
Le soir tombe, il est temps de rentrer au poulailler. Elle a froid et mal aux pattes avec ses nouvelles bottes!
Au loin, on entend un bruit de voiture. Poulette se met au bord de la route et fait de l'auto-stop avec son aile.
L’auto s'arrête.
- Bonjour, dit Léon, le hérisson, tu veux monter?
- Avec plaisir, je suis fatiguée et j'ai peur de rencontrer le renard, répond Poulette.
- Le renard, il est sur le siège arrière, je le conduis chez le dentiste. Il s'est cassé trois dents. Pas de danger pour toi! Prendre en auto-stop une poule et un renard, c'est rare.
