Do you consider Spanish is harder than English to learn? Why?

English is a rather simple language: there are only 2 conjugations of the verb (base and 3rd person), there is no formal "you" (like there are only 2 tenses (present and past), there is no masculine or feminine... Spanish, however, has all of these and more.
