Sometimes you can return the item if it does not fit you (note fit works only if talking about clothes (shoes, hats, shirts, pants, etc.)

Adriana, are there many online shopping options in Venezuela? I have yet to order anything online in Colombia, but in Ecuador, MercadoLibre seemed the most popular.
