Novruz holiday.. Today we celebrate our traditional holiday Novruz in Azerbaijan. Novruz is about coming spring, about how nature wakes up. Novruz has different beautiful traditions. The one of them is cooking traditional sweeties. They are shekerbura and paghlava. Some years ago I cooked shekerbura and I introduced to you.
