Hi please help. I really like art. I really love you. I really love pizza. What's " really" in this sentence. It means "very' ? as in very beautiful?

It has a double meanings. In this context, it will usually mean 'very much', but it can also mean 'honestly'. Another way of saying it is 'truly' and this has the same double meaning. I really like art = I very much like art (common interpretation) I really like art = I honestly like art (rare interpretation)

“Really” means that you “love” or “like” that thing to a higher degree than would be communicated by using the verb without it. So yes, It is essentially a different form of “very”, but they are not always interchangeable.
