Please help me correct this.
Nowadays many people ignore to do exercise due to their busy job. Only doing a little bit of exercise is not enough for our body. If you do less and less exercise for a long time, you will have some disease in your body.
Most people don't exercise during the workday, because they think they can do it on the weekend. But the truth is they usually sleep all day on the weekend. Daily exercise is crucial if you want to have a healthy body. Having a habit for exercise is good, but even don't have it is ok. Just do it right now. Stand up for a while and walk to the kitchen to drink some water. Then jump up ten times. It is will help you to breathe new air into your body.
Everyone has to do exercise three times per week, even if you have already done your job so hard and felt tired. Tired is a good reason avoid to doing exercise, but it is not true. You can do any exercises if you want, so from standup to jogging. For advanced, you can choose cycling, hiking, or running. In the beginning, try a little bit and then add more time to do it. Keep doing 21 days then you will have a good exercise habit. For example, I try to cycle 2 km on the first day and every day add 1 km distance. After 21 days, I can ride 22 km and spend my time only one and a half hours.
To sum up, having a good habit for exercise is important and keep doing it every day then you can have a healthy body.
