毎晩早く寝て起きてつもりだが、ときどき遅く起きています。僕が遅く寝た晩でもは早く起きます。
This is what I want to say: every night I plan to sleep and wake up early, but sometimes I stay awake late. Even on nights when I sleep late, I wake up early.
Sorry if this is really poorly written. It’s only my second time writing in Japanese 🙇🏻♂️

しかし、よく夜更かしをしてしまいます。
（※夜更かしyofukashi＝夜遅くまでおきていること）
寝るのが遅くなったとしても、早く起きます。
