What does " they don't wear in your shoes" mean? And what we should reply to this sentence.

It doesn't make sense, and it's not grammatically correct because "wear" is a transitive verb that always needs an object. You have wear something. There are a couple of idioms that have to do with shoes that I can think of. You can "fill someone's shoes" or "walk a mile in someone's shoes." So perhaps you mean to say one of these things: They're not fit to fill your shoes. (They're not qualified to perform your duties.) OR They haven't walked a mile in your shoes. (They don't know what your life is like.)
