In Brazil we say:
Muito obrigado! (Formal)
Obrigado! (Formal)
Valeu! (Informal)

To thank someone in my language we say "grazie". A more formal way could be "la ringrazio" that is a kind of courtesy form in third person. "Grazie mille" is similar to "thank you very much".

In italian: grazie (thanks) , 'ti ringrazio' or formal 'la ringrazio' (I thank you) , molto gentile (very kind of you), 'grazie mille' or 'molte grazie' (thanks a lot)
A very peculiar one that comes to my mind is 'a buon rendere' which means something like I will exchange the favour sooner or later...

In Turkish;
Teşekkür ederim =Thank you (formal)
Çok teşekkür ederim = Thank you so much (formal and more polite)
Teşekkürler = Thank you (formal)
Çok teşekkürler = Thank you so much (formal and more polite)
Sağolun = Thank you (formal)
Çok sağolun= Thank you so much (formal and more polite)
Sağol = Thank you (informal)
Çok sağol = Thank you so much (informal and still polite)
Note: Çok means so/very/too much
