輔導教師GRAMMAR: Countable or uncountable?
• Information is considered uncountable and does not have a plural form. For example:
I need some information about hotels.
✗Incorrect: I need some informations about hotels.
• Information always takes a singular verb:
The information is strictly confidential.
• When referring to one specific fact or detail, you can use "a piece of information" or "a bit of information":
He shared an interesting piece of information with me.
