I think one should have used with or by(for imbuing the meaning of a tool) not on. I know count verb is usually followed by the preposition on like for instance, I count on you which is a different usage of count in the former one so I am wondering why one used that proposition. Actually it is also a preposition problem as I think. I learned that of noun is equal to adjective. For example, of beauty is equal to beautiful. Then with that logic, of that snob is equal to snobbish as far as I understand. Then it doesn't make sense. How can I solve this problem?
