HELP::::Question about Application for study I am preparing an application for master degree. Could you help me to check this email? Thanks. Dear Professor, 　　I am a Chinese student, currently studying a management Diploma in Beijing Union University. My major is Information Management and System Program. And I would like to pursue graduate study for a Master's Degree in your School of Economics. 　　I want to prepare this application process by myself, but I will get my bachelor’s degree in July, and I have to notarize copies of certification and wait the invitation letter from you. I am afraid I don’t have much time to send these whole materials to you. So can I just apply to enroll in pre-university? Then hand in my materials after I am arriving Belarus. If not, could you tell me what should I suppose to do now? I really hope to start my pre-university this September, then master degree from next year. 　　Another question is when I write the form for the Master Degree Program (brown), should I use Chinese or English about current address and educational background. Where should I start from primary school? Or just write down my college? Here is my educational background, is that ok? 　　Thank you for taking your time.

On Students' Selecting Lecturers Nowadays, the selection between students and lecturers in university is different from it used to be. Student are free to allowed to choose some teachers who give their lecture. However, does it really a good job? In my opinion, when a student select lecturers, they may consider of some aspect of things. First of all, Does the teacher has ability on giving lectures? Secondly, what can we learn from the teacher? Thirdly, how does the teacher give lectures? Finally, when will the lectures start and how long it will last. This change of selecting is exactly new for us. So some students may have benefit on it, for they can free to choose any teachers they are interested. Then the lectures get more effective. But this may also lead to some problems. For example, some teachers have no students, and others have lots of lectures. Then it hard for the headmaster of university to control the teaching plan. In a word, whether on students' selecting lecturers will be popular or not? It depends.
