Outstanding lesson as always, very adaptable to how I learn and knows how to steer direction of content to suit the topic at hand. Very personable and encouraging. Highly recommended.

1. Teacher Hang Personality: kind, bubbly, enthusiastic and patient. 2. Lesson plan: structured with teaching materials and helpful audio recordings. Also homework to self practise. 3. Experience: I started off nervous but was soon at ease and learning a few vowels and letters using phonics. 4. Outcome: highly enjoyable first lesson, looking forward to the next one. 5. Hope to achieve speaking decent vietnmese with the locals in a few months with the help of Teacher Hang.

Phạm Hằng is very nice, sweet, wonderful, funny, and fun teacher to work with. She will take the time and help you learn Vietnamese. Plus she is a very patient as well. I highly recommend trying her lessons out! I can't wait to do another lesson again with her.

I am tongue tied at the moment, after my last class with Hầng. She is very unique. In the sense that I never see her get tired of attacking problems from as many angles humanly possible. In the war with learning... She is the Captain that you want at your helm. Helping to successfully steer the ship through troubled waters... Until the learning of Vietnamese, opens up to calmer seas. A bit poetic, But then to be honest, I did feel that while I was in her class... ...I was living the dream. That said, there is no lapse with hard work on her part... and she is very diligent with doing things properly. Which I guess is the reason the lesson felt so special. Hard work... with all of the gain, And no pain. Thanks Hầng, Italki and its students... are lucky to have you as an Instructor.

Phạm Hằng is always very nice, flexible and patient teacher. She can illustrate the difficult words and make it simple and easy to memorize. From over 10Vietnamese teachers I work with, I highly recommend her to work with Phạm Hằng if you want to get through Vietnamese class.
