She has some materials I'm interested in, so I really enjoy talking with her! She speaks slowly and clearly so that I can understand. It's so helpful to me. I want to take more lessons to improve my conversation skill.

I practiced how to organize a meeting in a role-play format. I'm not used to interrupting or being interrupted in a meeting, but the practice included this. What usually happens in English meetings is that conversations go further when I try to interrupt. "Could I come in" technique would be helpful in terms of both politeness and buying time for coming up with words.

We watched a video of immigration officers. They were dispatched to the site, and went through lots of difficulties, such as being attacked, getting involved in arguments, catch criminals phisically and putting into a van. If I were there, I would get confused and thought "They should've told me these risks beforehand...". This is what I'm going to do in the next lesson.

First I had my introduction part reviewed. I forgot to give the other attendees the power control, though I'm clearly comfortable with it. Then we started practicing the middle part. I explained what we could read from graphs (e.g., drop sharply, increase slightly) and ran out of time. Next time we're going to carry this on.

We practiced hosting MTGs in Enlglish following the last lessson. Sensei listed up five topics, and surprisingly, all have something to do with my job. It was really helpful. We just practiced the introdcution part for today, and next time we're going to practice the most difficult part, middle. I'm a bit worried about how specifically I can talk about the topics, but anyway give it a try!

We talked about Gordon Ramsey's YouTube videos. I'm trying not to watch YouTube as much as possible these days, but it's a quite nice place to learn English. While he was in the UK and targeting only UK audiences, he spoke much faster with much stronger dialect and much more UK slangs, but after he started targeting international audiences, his English became much easier for non-natives to understand. After that, we started practicing how to organize MTGs in English. When I organize MTGs, I feel more comfortable by giving attendees more power control, and there was an example of it. We'll keep doing this for the next lesson, too. I might be organizing a MTG in English in a couple of weeks, so this practice would help a lot.
