Speak German with confidence! As a Goethe-certified teacher and conversation specialist, I help adult learners (A2+) refine fluency and pronunciation, while adding a cultural nuance. Born in Germany and now soaking up life in the French countryside, I blend professional expertise with a passion for communication—my other interests are hiking, nature and animals, opera and cooking.
My classes are tailored for learners who can already form sentences but want to sound natural, avoid pitfalls, and express ideas with ease. Let’s turn your German into a lively, authentic tool—one conversation at a time, focus on your actual needs.

Matching your needs and goals as a student defines my understanding of good teaching.
Originally I am from the tourism industry (including working as a flight attendant) and I also have a background as personal assistant and secretary. Passionate for communication I qualified to teach German as a foreign language. I do speak several foreign languages myself and thus
I also attended a lot of classes, sessions, auto trainings, online trainings and all sorts of possible and sometimes impossible ways of learning a foreign language myself. You may profit from my experiences during my classes.

My classes are all carefully tailored to your needs, to your goals, to your individual background and your specific way of learning.
We will find out together what suits you best. We will keep track of your personal journey and evaluate your progress regularly to adapt if necessary.
Learning German also means to learn something about the culture, history, geography and traditions of the country.
Learn something about the small traps you could step into, about some do´s and dont´s as you go along.

Ich habe ein Jahr lang regelmäßig bei Ines gelernt und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen. Dank ihres Unterrichts bin ich beim Sprechen viel selbstbewusster geworden. Ines hat mir außerdem sehr geholfen, meinen Akzent zu korrigieren. Der Erfolg zeigt sich auch im Ergebnis: Die mündliche Prüfung am Goethe-Institut habe ich mit über 90 Punkten bestanden.

Ich möchte hier meine Dankbarkeit gegenüber meiner Deutschlehrerin Ines ausdrücken, nachdem ich nun schon eine Weile ihre Stunden genommen habe.
