Hello, I’m Juan Francisco. I’m a writer and Spanish teacher based in Mexico City. I write fiction and essays, and contribute regularly to some of Mexico’s leading art magazines. I believe in learning languages through works of art, attentive reading and listening, and real conversations about topics that move us. Staying attuned to the cultural life of the city and the country—its literature, film, exhibitions, politics, and history—is vital to me, and I enjoy bringing that perspective into my lessons.我的教學經歷
I hold a degree in Latin American Studies and a certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, both from UNAM. I’ve been teaching since 2017, and I’ve studied several languages myself—so I understand both the intellectual and emotional dimensions of the learning process. I find grammar fascinating and can help clarify complex points when needed, always in the context of meaningful conversation. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I work especially well with students who are eager to engage with Mexican and Latin American culture in a deeper way. Whether you're interested in literature, politics, cinema, history, or everyday life in Mexico City, our sessions can become a space for thoughtful exchange.
