I hold three Japanese teaching certifications, including a national license, and have successfully completed a certified 420-hour Japanese teacher training course.
My lessons are for all ages, from children to adults, and are tailored to each student’s goals and learning style.
I carefully prepare each lesson to make it engaging and easy to understand.

I feel comfortable asking questions to help with my comprehension, and the pace is very good. I do not feel like I am being rushed, dragged along, or held back. I’ve been studying with さや先生 for many months now, and each lesson strikes a perfect balance of structure and fun.
We work steadily through our textbook, and she always shows up with extra slides and content to support the learning. It’s clear she genuinely cares about my progress; she remembers my goals and checks in on them every session.
