Yui sensei has been a wonderful teacher! She has explained complex grammar patterns in a way that is much easier to understand, and has been so kind and patient throughout. What impresses me most is her adaptability; I worked with her for exam preparation, and despite the exam structure being quite different from typical Japanese proficiency tests, she seamlessly adjusted her teaching style to fit the exam's requirements, tailoring the sessions accordingly. I truly appreciated her support and guidance, which helped me feel well-prepared for the exam. I highly recommend Yui sensei to anyone looking for a teacher who can meet their unique needs! ☺️

Today's lesson was very helpful. Not only was I learning new grammar in preparation for my next goal, but in her custom made material she's added two helpful things. First is sentences exposing me to new useful vocabulary. Second is callbacks to older grammar along with references to their locations in our texts in case I've forgotten them. Today's material was very engaging and enjoyable.

I truly enjoyed my second lesson with Yui sensei. In the past, I always had difficulty finding Japanese lessons that were right for me since I already had a grasp of the language from speaking it at home but struggled with proper grammar and kanji. I have already learned so much since her lessons are tailored to my level. I find the PowerPoint presentations and interactive activities help improve my grammar significantly!
