Me llamo Melisa. Soy tutora certificada de español como lengua extranjera (ELE), escritora y psicoanalista. Soy argentina y mi variante lingüística es el castellano rioplatense.
My name is Melisa. I am a certified Spanish as a foreign language tutor, writer and psychoanalyst. I am Argentine and my linguistic variant is River Plate Castilian.
I like to work with humor and generate a friendly and pleasant environment so that learning is entertaining and fun; include cultural aspects and work together with the student so that they reach their maximum potential at their own pace. I accompany my students in their learning and nothing makes me happier than witnessing their achievements. I am hardworking, passionate and dedicated to what I do. My goal is to give my students the necessary tools to become competent, critical and independent users of the language. It is VERY IMPORTANT that they want to work hard and commit to learning while also practising outside the class if they intend to achieve real long lasting results.
My classes are personalised and adapted to your interests and needs. The approach is communicational, we are going to focus on conversation so that you use the language from day one without neglecting written expression or reading and listening comprehension. I usually work with different materials depending on the student's preferences and their level: PDF or Word worksheets, audiovisuals, journalistic articles, literary texts, songs,films/series, grammar suppo...5.0
