I'm a professional teacher with over 10 years teaching Swahili and English. It gives me fulfillment to see my students reach their full language potential. In my course of teaching, I have interacted with learners of different levels and age groups and you can count on me to meet you at your point of language need. See you in class!我的課程內容與教學風格
I enjoy teaching and learning that is student-based. For instance, my first class is usually an interactive session with learners to establish their language goals from which I can establish the methods of instruction and teaching material that best suits them. In general I like holding conversational talks to improve pronunciation as well as audio files. I use test templates for my students who are preparing for exams. I also use text documents as well as sharing my screen to display presentation slides. I give assignments for further practice.我的教材

TeacherI have been a classroom teacher since 2012 interacting with learners of varied learning abilities and handling classes of up to 70 students. In my course of teaching, I have designed lesson plans that are both in line with the national standards as well as suit the levels of learning in my class. I have worked with both administrators and parents on behavioral issues to support needs of all students.

The dynamics of Tigei's classes are great. She's great at explaining grammar and adapting learning content to students' levels and needs. She also uses games to enhance students' learning experience. Highly recommended if you want to learn standard Kiswahili!
