Merhaba :) I'm Elif, I live in İstanbul. I'm a certified, native teacher with 8 years of experience.
I really enjoy travelling ( visited 11 countries ) , writing short stories, coffee chats, cultural talks, music, food, performing arts, socializing, psyhology, religion, cinema.
I studied English Language and Literature & English Language Teaching. I'm a very positive, easy-to-talk to, friendly and supportive teacher. In addition to my teaching career, I've also international work experience in business life, my job positions have always been communication-based. That's why, interacting with people from other cultures is my passion :)

I'm a friend rather than a teacher in my classes to ensure that my students can speak with confidence. I care about my students' improvement, motivation and feeling comfortable. I'm a friendly, motivating, easy to talk to person, please feel free to make mistakes. ;) I'm always a good-listener and I wait for the right time to correct mistakes. My lessons are well-organized, well-structured, interactive and fun :)
Also, I'll be glad to share my feedbacks, corrections, vocabulary work, example sentences, short homework and cultural tips when needed.

National Teaching Licence - Ministry of Education, Türkiye - 2006While I was studying English Language and Literature, I also studied National Teaching Licence for English. I completed my internship in a state elementary school, then I got my official teaching certificate.

I just had my first lesson with Elif who established a comfortable atmosphere in which I felt safe to talk freely. Elif is very patient and helpful. She can easily express statements in a way that is understandable for a newbie like me.
