Panos is truly an amazing teacher; he correctly analyzes where you are at in the language you are trying to learn and then patiently, kindly, and helpfully guides you in areas that you could improve based on your current level. In this guidance, he not only guides you generally, but he specifically guides you in each core area of language in lessons: speaking, reading, writing, and listening. I would recommend Panos whether you are beginning to learn Turkish or are simply progressing because he explains every concept (even very hard ones for native English speakers to understand) very well and he makes you feel comfortable in speaking Turkish very quickly.

I had a fantastic first Greek lesson with Panos. He listened to my goals, assessed my level and then we started practicing right away. Not only is he so professional and encouraging but he is also a genuinely lovely person. He took my interests into account for future lessons, a detail which I really appreciate. As exercise material, we used a textbook and I also got assigned to write a paragraph as homework. An added bonus is that Panos speaks both Turkish (he is bilingual!) and English so he can adapt to my translations in both. Ευχαριστώ παρά πολύ and I look forward to our future lessons!

Panos is a thoughtful, patient, and very attentive teacher. He creates a supportive and engaging learning environment that makes it easy to ask questions and to grow in confidence. The fact that Greek and Turkish are both his native languages is particularly valuable for me. It helps not only with learning Greek itself, but also with understanding the cultural nuances and references that give the language depth and context. Studying with him offers a well-rounded experience that goes beyond grammar and vocabulary, and leads to a more grounded and meaningful understanding.

Panos is a rare find. Well-read, cultivated, witty. He draws experiences and knowledge from a true multicultural background, and manages to make each lesson engaging and unique. He effortlessly adapted to my learning style, confirmed my preference for a structured or more flexible approach to teaching, provides constant encouragement, remains focused, yet extremely patient and understanding. It’s a real pleasure to attend each lesson as I feel that I gain so much, both in terms of language learning (syntax, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation), as well as cultural insights and understanding. A true gem of a teacher, highly recommended!

Panos is truly an amazing teacher as he reviews everything that you produce thoroughly and diligently so that you could speak more properly and achieve your goals more effectively. Panos furthermore gives practice exercises that you could complete so that you could apply what was taught in the lesson and make adjustments as needed when the exercises are reviewed. I would definitely recommend Panos as a teacher as he sees potential in his students and he works at every angle to improve your skills.
