Hello! I’m Masa.
Living in different countries connected me with people from around the world and opened my heart to cultures and perspectives I never imagined.
As someone still learning English, I understand how it feels when you have something to say, but the words just won’t come out or when you’re too afraid of making mistakes to speak.
That’s why my lessons are a safe space where mistakes are welcome, and “No problem!” is our favorite phrase.
You don’t need to feel nervous.
We’ll take it step by step, at your pace, in your way.

Relaxed and friendly—like chatting with a friend.
Talk about travel, hobbies, work, or daily life.
📘 テキスト＆会話練習 | Textbook & Conversation Practice
Lessons with NHK Easy News, Genki, manga, or your own materials.
We learn grammar and vocabulary, then use them in real conversations right away.

Lessons are flexible: free chat, role-plays, storytelling—whatever helps you learn best.
I can explain in English when necessary, so you don’t have to worry.

Very pleasant, cool and at my own pace lesson. Even though My Japanese is quite bad we are still able to communicate and I learn a lot from our conversations.

It may be Masa-san's third ever lesson on Italki but I can feel the natural flow of the lesson with him. My lesson with him was focused on conversation so it's mostly to get a good flow of conversation with him.
Masa-san corrected some of my pronunciations and sentence construction and also introduced several interesting words that I can use. I look forward to subsequent lessons with him!
